PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling power of the whole transmission equipment without increasing the cost. SOLUTION: A cylindrical sleeve 20 into which a couple of ferrules are inserted having their coupling end surfaces in opposite contact is fitted in a cylindrical sleeve holder 10. A heat radiation member 20 formed of three metallic leaf springs is interposed between the sleeve holder 10 and a sleeve 18. Further, the sleeve 18 is formed by mixing metal with superior wear resistance and high heat conductivity with glass to improve the heat radiation effect.
