PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint connecting structure for different members including different metals and forming a bicycle frame or the like and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The pipe joint connecting structure comprises a member with a press-in part, press-in projecting strips formed of the metal or member different from that of a pipe, the end of which is inserted into the press-in part of the member, and pressed against an inner peripheral surface of the pipe on a peripheral surface of the press-in part of the member, adhesive interposing clearances for interposing an adhesive between the inner peripheral surface of the pipe and the peripheral surface of the press-in part, a press-in ring which is as high as a peripheral surface of the press-in projecting strips, is formed close to a base end on the peripheral surface of the press-in part and crosses the adhesive interposing clearances circumferentially, and an open expansion regulating slit with a required width at the peripheral surface of the press-in part that crosses inward and outward along an inserting direction of the upper pipe in the adhesive interposing clearance between the press-in projecting strips.
