PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily unsealable bag with high productivity which is formed by using a laminate film with at least a base film and a heat-adhesive resin film using a twin-pack or single-pack reaction type adhesive, improves the laminate strength and the easy-tearing property of a part including at least the unsealing position of the bag, and further improves the easy unsealability by an easily unsealing means such as a notch and a half-cut line formed therein. SOLUTION: The easily unsealable bag is formed by heat-sealing laminate films 1 and 1' which are formed by affixing at least the base film and the heat-adhesive resin film to each other using the twin-pack or single-pack reaction type adhesive, easily unsealing means such as the notch 12 and the half-cut line 11 is provided at the bag unsealing position, and the laminate films 1 and 1' of an area including the cut line by the easily unsealing means are heated at high temperature under the condition in which no melting deformation Occurs to form a heat-processed part 14.
