PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve system of a multi-valve engine that can improve durability by suppressing wear on the upper surface and the like of a valve bridge. SOLUTION: While one end of a pushrod 9 is abuttingly held at the end of a rocker arm 2 through the spherical joint surface, the other end of the pushrod 9 is abuttingly held at the upper face of a valve bridge 4 through the spherical joint surface. With this configuration, slipping in the thrust direction on the upper surface of the valve bridge 4 is prevented by oscillating the pushrod 9 in accordance with oscillating the rocker arm 2.
