PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mounting structure which facilitates mounting of a large door 4 in an opening 5 by using a set of upper, intermediate, and lower three-stage door operating devices 1a to 1c. SOLUTION: The door operating devices 1a to 1c are formed of fixed-side open/close members 2a to 2c mounted in the opening 5, and moving-side open/ close members 3a to 3c mounted on the door 4, respectively. According to the door mounting structure, an upward facing pivotal shaft 7a is pivotally mounted in the fixed-side open/close member 2a of the lower-stage door operating device 1a, and a bearing portion 8a into which the pivotal shaft 7a is pivotally mounted, is formed in the moving-side open/close member 3a. For the intermediate- and upper-stage door operating devices 1b, 1c, either the intermediate- stage fixed-side open/close members 2b or the upper-stage fixed-side open/close member 2c has an upward facing pivotal shaft 7b or 7c pivotally mounted therein, and either the moving-side open/close member 3b or 3c on the other stage has a bearing portion 8b or 8c formed therein, into which the pivotal shaft 7b or 7c is rotatably inserted. The intermediate- and upper-stage pivotal shafts 7b, 7c are removably insertable into the corresponding bearing portions 8b, 8c, respectively.
