PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock system and a lock device which are easy to handle, eliminate unauthentic unlocking/locking, and are impervious to a breakdown, and to provide a user portable terminal and equipment for a lock control center, as well as computer software. SOLUTION: The lock system is comprised of the lock device 2 mounted on a door, a cover, or the like and assuming an unlocking state in which the door, the cover, or the like can be opened/closed and a locking state in which the door, the cover, or the like cannot be opened/closed, the user portable terminal 1, and the equipment 3 for the lock control center. The lock device 2 has a function of receiving change of the unlocking/locking state from the user portable terminal 1, a function of issuing a change instruction of the user to the equipment 3 for the lock control center, a function of receiving a change instruction of the center for changing the unlocking/locking state from the equipment 3 for the lock control center, and a function of changing the unlocking/locking state of the lock device in response to the received change instruction of the center.
