PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami mat floor manufactured at low cost and provided with mildew-proofing, insect-proofing, humidity conditioning and deodorizing functions over a long period of time besides surface rigidity that the tatami mat floor must hold in view of the tatami mat floor disposed inside the mat. SOLUTION: This tatami mat floor 1 comprises a core material formed by horizontally separating the basic unit of a liner 4 and a corrugated plate 5; an adsorbent filled in a cavity between the liner 4 and corrugated plate 5 of the core material; and a bottom face side bottom face sheet 8 and a surface side gas permeable surface sheet 7 closing the cavity between the liner 4 and corrugated plate 5. The core material comprising the liner 4 and corrugated plate 5 is corrugated fiberboard, and the adsorbent is a mixture of one or two or more kinds zeolite, charcoal, activated carbon and silica gel.
