PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food extrusive member capable of sanitarily extruding food, such as rice-balls and rolled Sushi, in a cylindrical container even with a dirty hand, and allowing the food to be directly taken to the mouth and to be reliably eaten with one hand only, without using a tool or tableware and without making hands and fingers dirty. SOLUTION: In the food extrusive member, a short cylindrical potion 12 is connected to an upper circumferential end of a bowl-like portion 11 consisting of a synthetic-resin-molded article 10 formed so as not to be easily deformed even by being pressed with fingers of one hand 50. The food extrusive member thus formed is so designed that after putting a lower part of food 40 into the molded article 10, the molded article 10 is fitted in a bottom 21 of a cylindrical container 20, and that after keeping the container 20 in the state of a standing posture, the molded article 10 is pressed from the outside of the container 20 with the fingers of one hand 50, thereby enabling the food 40 to be pushed out through an opening 22 of the container 20.
