PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight work arranging apparatus which can arrange even lightweight works without causing a malfunction. SOLUTION: The lightweight work arranging apparatus comprises at least a holding section for temporarily sucking up a work from a work tray, a transit section for arranging the work from the holding section, and a transfer section for replacing positions of the work tray and the transit section, and has a function of arranging the work from the work tray to the transit section by a series of operations. The transit section is equipped with a vacuum hole for sucking the work by vacuum force when arranging.
