Disclosed methods and compositions enhance the uptake of immunocytokines into tumors, and are based on a combination of an immunocytokine with an immunocytokine uptake enhancing agent. Disclosed methods and compositions are particularly useful for reducing tumor size and metastasis in a mammal.
