PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting powder coating which is excellent in recyclability and can furnish a coating film with excellent reflexive reflection. SOLUTION: The thermosetting powder coating comprises being obtained by spray drying an organic solvent solution comprising a thermosetting resin, a curing agent and a glass bead as the indispensable film-forming components, wherein the thermosetting powder coating has an average particle size of 1-100μm.
