PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having potent antitumor characteristics and a medicament comprising the same. SOLUTION: This compound is represented by the formula (I) [wherein, X and Y denote each hydrogen or the like; R1 denotes hydrogen atom or the like; R2 denotes hydrogen atom or the like; R3 denotes hydrogen atom or the like; R4 denotes hydrogen atom or the like; and W denotes a group represented by the formula CH(R5 )-CH(R6 ) or the like], its enantiomer, diastereoisomer and N-oxide and an addition salt thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base. A method for producing the compound and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same are provided.
