PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for repair by holding a joiner watertight without being removed from a strip even in the case of the strip having a greater pitch. SOLUTION: The band strip 14 spirally wound along the inner face of a sewage pipe 12 has cross side edges joined to each other via the joiner 10. When the pitch of the strip 14 is made greater by ground vibration, a body 32 is ruptured at its cutout portion 42 by outer force of widening in the cross direction before the fitting of protrude strips of the joiner 10 to strip grooves 22 of the strip 14 is cancelled. Thus, the greater pitch of the strip 14 is allowed. Even in the case that the body 32 is ruptured into the condition that side portions of the body 32 is pulled away from each other, a gap between the side portions pulled away from each other can be sealed with watertightness by a flexible portion 40.
