PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economic waste water equipment for an apartment house capable of getting along with the reduced number of piping materials while keeping a drainage slope until a common drainage vertical pipe provided to the outside of a dwelling unit in a gentle state based on a way of thinking in a header system. SOLUTION: A plurality of drainage crosscut branch pipe 11 for draining waste water from plumbing equipment such as a kitchen, a bathroom, a washing dresser, a washing machine space or the like in the dwelling unit 1 are connected to a channel-shaped drainage header 10 having a large diameter of the pipe and a lower loss coefficient of conveying flow provided near to the plumbing equipment in the dwelling unit 1 and in under floor of a wash room, the drainage header 10 is connected to the common drainage vertical pipe 9 provided to the outside of the dwelling unit 1 with one drainage crosscut main pipe 12 having a large diameter, and even if drainage is simultaneously made from two or more plumbing equipments, the waste water can be made to smoothly flow until the common drainage vertical pipe 9.
