PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition and a sealing material composition each of which can easily be produced, has good storage stability, is moisture- cured to give a rubber-like elastic material having a high tensile strength and a low modulus with a high elongation, and is excellent in adhesiveness, weatherability, heat resistance, and durability e.g. water resistance in particular. SOLUTION: The curable composition and the sealing material composition each contains a curable component comprising a polyoxyalkylene/poly(meth) acrylic resin containing a crosslinkable silyl group, obtained from a polyoxyalkylene based isocyanate and a poly(meth)acrylic resin containing a crosslinkable silyl group and a hydroxyl group. The polyoxyalkylene based isocyanate is obtained from a polyoxyalkylene monool, a polyoxyalkylene polyol and an organic polyisocyanate. The poly(meth)acrylic resin containing a crosslinkable silyl group and a hydroxyl group is obtained from hydroxylated poly(meth)acrylic polymer and an isocyanate compound containing a crosslinkable silyl group.
