PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber cable which can easily be torn, can have its optical fiber excellently taken out, and has an excellent lateral pressure characteristic, and an optical composite lead-wire which uses the optical fiber cable. SOLUTION: The optical fiber cable which has its coated optical fibers 2 and tensile-strength body 3 coated with a coating layer 4 and is provided with two coating-layer tearing notches 5 and 6 at object positions on the coating layer 4 is characterized by that the two notches 5 and 6 are made different in depth from each other.
