PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus for an object to be treated, in which an operation for treating the object to be treated, such as nucleic acid is performed easily, and in which labor and time required for the operation can be reduced. SOLUTION: A microarray treatment apparatus (the treatment apparatus for the object to be treated) 1 shown in the figure comprises an apparatus body 2 equipped with two airtightly sealable treatment tanks (reaction tanks) 3, 3, a personal computer 110 and a total of four treatment units 30 which are housed (installed) inside the treatment tanks 3, 3 so as to be freely detachable. The apparatus body 2 is provided with a horizontal stage 2a and a vertical stage 2b. A tip installation part 21, a probe-liquid-housing container installation part 22, a container installation part 23 and the treatment tanks 3, 3 are installed at the horizontal stage 2a. A probe-liquid supply means (a reaction- liquid supply means) 6 is installed at the vertical stage 2b. A supply circuit 7, a discharge circuit 8 and a temperature-regulating means 9 are mainly installed at the inside of the apparatus body 2.
