<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent great impact force from being applied onto a peripheral member in a led-in member affected by the led-in member and an leading-in operation for the led-in member, even when the led-in member is pulled in up to a bottoming position by a pretensioner, and to softly stop the led-in member. SOLUTION: When a wire 3 is tensioned by an actuation of the buckle pretensioner in emergency, a buckle 2 is pulled in toward a bracket 1 while a cover 4 is shrinked. The buckle 2 is brought into contact with a free end of a shock absorbing member 14 before the cover 4 is contracted to the maximum allowable shrinkage position, and then the buckle 2 is pulled in while shrinking the shock absorbing member 14. Since the shock absorbing member 14 absorbs impact energy of the buckle 2 by the shrinkage of the shock absorbing member 14, impact absorbing performance is enhanced and the buckle 2 is brought effectively into contact with the free end of the shock absorbing member 14 to be bottomed softly (stopped).</p> |
