PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerated thermoplastic resin composition which is obtained by treating a waste wall finishing material of a thermoplastic resin and can be applied to calender molding and extrusion molding and a sheet using the composition. SOLUTION: The waste wall finishing material of the thermoplastic resin is crushed to make the content of residual fibers in the crushed material 20 wt.% or below. In the residual fibers, the content of fibers whose length exceeds 15 mm is made 30 wt.% or below. The regenerated thermoplastic resin composition is molded into the sheet.
