PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated molded article capable of obtaining the rigidity of the whole, capable of preventing deformation such as warpage or the like even if a cooling time is shortened, and capable of preventing deformation at the time of mold release due to a thick-walled part. SOLUTION: Grooves 26A and 27A for ribs are formed to mold cavity surfaces 26 and 27 for fixing a surface material 31 and a projected member 41 for a recessed part for hollowing the thick-walled part is provided to a fixed mold 20A at a non-fixing part not fixing the surface material 31. After the mold is closed, a cavity 23 is filled with a molten resin to form a molded article main body and the molten resin breaks through the surface material 31 to fill the grooves 26A and 27A for the ribs to form the ribs. At the non- fixing part, the molten resin is charged in the periphery of the projected member 41 to form the recessed part. Therefore, even if a cooling period is shortened, the laminated molded article having no warp deformation can be manufactured. |
