PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically eliminate loosening generated on a sheet medium caused by impact from the external, by rotatably holding a roll-shaped wound part of the long sheet medium. SOLUTION: An interior angleθ1 between a plane communicating a shaft center of the wound part R of the sheet medium P and a shaft center of a journaling mechanism 133, and a horizontal plane is sufficiently larger than an interior angleθ2 between an upper plane of an inclined guide 131 and the horizontal plane. The wound part R of the sheet medium P freely separated from a holding roller 132 by impact is rolled down on the upper plane of the inclined guide 131, and presses the holding roller 132 forwardly by collision. As the holding roller 132 is forwardly rotated, and the wound part R of the sheet medium P is rotated in the backward direction, that is, the winding direction, the loosening of the sheet medium P can be automatically eliminated.
