摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection method for using a greatly variable injection condition. SOLUTION: This fuel injection control method is used for the direct injection internal combustion engine provided with at least an injector 20 having a fuel jet nappe angle of a1 , a cylinder 10, a cylinder head 12, a piston 18 connected to a crank shaft for sliding inside the cylinder, and a combustion chamber formed of a wall 26 of the cylinder, the cylinder head 12, and an upper face 24 of the piston 18. In this method, a low limit position PL of the piston 18, below which the cylinder wall 26 will get wet by the fuel jet from the injector 20, is found, an actual position of the piston 18 with respect to the low limit position PL is specified, and a fuel injection parameter is regulated in compliance with the actual position of the piston 18 to the low limit position PL.
