PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustor capable of taking out a combustion chamber extremely easily to the outside of an exterior case and capable of reducing significantly botheration accompanied with maintenance work of a burner. SOLUTION: The combustion chamber 6 is installed in a vertically movable manner toward a radiation box 7 and in a horizontally movable manner outward from the inside of the exterior case 1. The combustion chamber 6 is connected to the lower end part of the radiation box 7 at a raising position, and is detached from the lower end part of the box at a lowering position. A downward position of the combustion chamber 6 in the exterior case 1 is provided with a boosting holding means 13 by which connection with the box 7 is held by boosting the combustion chamber 6 toward the box 7 so as to be freely undone.
