PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance rigidity of the mounting structure of the vehicle side end part of a suspension without lowering rigidity and strength of a body. SOLUTION: This mounting structure has a pivotal member 40 to pivotally support the front end of a trailing arm 10 and a bracket 30 to support the pivotal member fixed to a side member 18 serving as a body structure member. The bracket partitions a recessed part 30 to accept the front end of the trailing arm 10 by co-operating with a locker 20 serving as another body structure member. The bracket has a pair of side walls 30A and 30B fixed to the side member 18 at their upper end parts, and a bottom surface 30C serving as a plane part, which is disposed away from the side member 18 and is extending parallel to the axial line 34 of the pivotal member 40. The connecting part 40B of the pivotal member at its one end is fixed to the bottom surface 30C, and the connecting part 40C at its other end is fixed to the lower surface of the locker 20 functioning as another bracket.
