PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a strong and sure engagement in the back-stopping mechanism of a take-up reel consisting of engaging claws and checking teeth in a coating film transferer, and exchange only a member equipped with the engaging claw with a new one easily by a simple work even when the engaging claw is by chance so broken or deformed as to result an imperfect back-stopping function. SOLUTION: By inserting a checking pin 23 from the outside of a cartridge 2 in a cylindrical holding shaft 20, which rotatably supports a take-up reel 8, the checking pin is rotatably made into an integral body with the take-up reel 8 and, at the same time, the checking pin 23 checks the cartridge 2 against the tightly winding direction.
