PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-unsealing means which can demonstrate the function even when a notch is positionally deviated from an unsealing auxiliary line, and stably unseal a bag body with low tearing strength, and a pouch having the easily unsealing means. SOLUTION: The easily unsealing means comprises a notch 1 provided on an edge part of the bag body, an unsealing auxiliary line 2 which is a half-cut formed in the unsealing direction of the bag body from the edge part, and a tearing direction guide line 3 which is a half-cut line formed in the surface of the bag body from the edge, and gradually approaching the unsealing auxiliary line 2 as being separated from the edge part, and the notch 1 is located between the unsealing auxiliary line 2 and the tearing direction guide line 3. The shortest distance between the unsealing auxiliary line 2 and the tearing direction guide line 3 is preferably 0.2-0.7 mm. The pouch has the easily unsealing means.
