PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored film made free from a disadvantage such as color fading by forming a pliable elastic resin layer on a colored layer, and also to provide colored process paper suitable for the use for manufacturing the colored film and a manufacturing method of the colored film. SOLUTION: The colored film 11 has a constitution wherein at least a transparent protective layer 2, the colored layer 3, the elastic resin layer 4 and an adhesive layer 5 are formed in this sequence. The colored process paper has a constitution wherein at least process paper, the colored layer and the elastic resin layer are formed in this sequence. In these cases, the elastic resin layer 4 is preferably constituted of a polyester elastomer. As for the manufacturing method of the colored film, the colored layer or the transparent protective layer and the colored layer are applied on the process paper and then the elastic resin layer is extruded thereon. Moreover, the adhesive layer and a release film are laminated thereon in this sequence and the process paper is peeled off.
