PURPOSE: A hinge is provided to support a coupling pin for both plates of the hinge by holder and clips on a support portion at one side of the plates to prevent plated portion near the pin from being damaged and to furnish rust-proof property. CONSTITUTION: The hinge is produced by inserting a bush(22) into a support groove(4) formed on one plate(1); entering a pin(8) into supporting holes(6,6') on the other plate(2) and the bush(22) through a punched hole(20) equipped with female screws to secure the pin(8) and both support pieces(5,5'); inserting another bush into a pin supporting groove in a holder(23) and/or to expose a hook groove at one end of the pin(8); then rotating the holder(23) and coupling it into the punched hole(20) by way of a driver in order to contact the end of the pin(8) to inner side wall of the supporting groove and in order to place the pin into the groove. |
