PURPOSE: A direct driving system of a packing machine is provided to improve the quality by manufacturing goods accurately and continuously with keeping the length of the product uniform, and to produce various goods by adjusting the length of the product freely. CONSTITUTION: A motor pulley(21) is connected to a decelerator pulley(3) by a belt(4), and a rotating shaft(5) of the decelerator is supported by bearings(7,8). A rotating plate(10) having 6-8 bolt holes is mounted in the end of the rotating shaft, and a hinge(20) in the end of a stick lever(11) is connected to the bolt. The other end of the stick lever is connected to a horizontal lever by a bolt(13), and the horizontal lever is connected to the bolt and an end seal assembly. A moving bar(14) is moved up and down accurately through the stick lever in turning the rotating plate, and the length of the stick lever is adjusted by a nut(12). The stroke length of the moving bar is adjusted accurately by changing the position of the bolt hole to move up and down the end seal assembly. The quality of products is improved by keeping the length of the packing film uniform.
