PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having excellent joining property and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is combinedly brazed with an Al or an Al alloy extruded tube 3 formed as a Zn thermally sprayed layer 4 on the surface and a brazing filler metal layer 5 composed of Al alloy brazing powder containing 5-60% Si on the thermally sprayed layer 4, and an Al or an Al alloy extruded header 1 formed as a brazing filler metal layer 2 composed of an Al alloy brazing powder containing 5-60 wt.% Si. Therefore, the tube and the header, are joined in good condition, and the excellent corrosion resistance is displayed by uniformly distributing Zn. |
