CARRYING TABLE AND CARRYING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying table which can prevent any deformation or breakage of a metal ribbon (or a TAB tape) when carrying the metal ribbon (or the TAB tape), in particular, when etching the metal ribbon (or the TAB tape) during the carriage, and a carrying method using the carrying table. SOLUTION: A contact surface side of the carrying table with the metal ribbon (or the TAB tape) is formed of a low-friction resin.
