A composition comprising an effective amount of the N-phenylcarbamate cpd. of the formula:- where R1 and R2 are each H or lower alkyl, R3 is cyano, carboxyl or a group of the formula:- -COOR4 or where R4 is lower alkyl and R5 and R6 are each H, or lower alkyl and X and X' are each halogen, provided that R1 and R2 are both H, or same or different lower alkyl, when R3 is cyano and that R1 and R2 are each lower alkyl when R3 is carboxyl or the group of the formula:- -COOR4 where R4 is as defined above, and an inert carrier.
