PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for brazing the different kinds of metals and its brazing method with which use of a flux is not needed in the case of brazing in an atmosphere. SOLUTION: In the structure for brazing the different kinds of metals and its brazing method with which one side of metallic member 141 composed of a copper material and the other side of metallic member 142 composed of a copper alloy series material are thermally joined with a phosphor copper brazing filler metal 160, on the surface of the other side of the metallic member 142, a copper material having the same material as the one side of the metallic member 141 is beforehand joined. The joining of the copper materials having the same material is performed with plating or pressing.
