PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin film having a good appearance, controlling film unevenness, having a sufficient sharp feeling and excellent in a surface gloss. SOLUTION: As shown in a particle size distribution of 11, a powder coating is used wherein the average particle size based on the volume is from not less than 5μm to not more than 30μm and the particle having the particle size of not less than 100μm is not substantially contained.
