PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced synthetic resin sheet excellent in mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy and transparency and keeping anti-fogging properties over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The reinforced synthetic resin sheet is constituted by laminating a polyolefin film with a thickness of 20-200μm comprising a polyolefin with a density of 0.88-0.94 g/cm<3> on the single surface or both surfaces of a cloth-like material, which is formed by crossing unidirectionally stretched tapes with a thickness of 10-200μm and a yarn width of 0.5-30 mm comprising a polyolefin with a density of 0.88-0.97 g/cm<3> compounded with an anti-fogging agent, and has a void ratio represented by formula (1) of 70% or less, and the ratio of the mass of the film is 5-90% of the mass of the reinforced synthetic resin sheet.
