摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite laminate not using inorganic fibers such as glass fibers or the like with high thickness accuracy without damaging the capacity of a polyolefinic resin stretched sheet. SOLUTION: The polyolefinic resin stretched sheet 4 is laminated to at least the single surface of a sheetlike core material 6 with a density of 30-300 kg/m<3> . At this time, a sheet or film 5 comprising an adhesive synthetic resin or rubber having a flow starting temperature lower than the thermal deformation temperature of the core material 6 and the melting point of the stretched sheet 4 is interposed between the core material 6 and the stretched sheet 4. The obtained superposed body is heated to a temperature higher than the flow starting temperature of the synthetic resin or rubber but lower than the thermal deformation temperature of the core material and the melting point of the stretched sheet 4 and pressed so as to apply a compression strain of 0.01-10% to the core material 6 simultaneously with heating or after heating.</p>
