<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly recycle food wastes by constituting a system in such a manner that the quality assurance and stable supply of organic fertilizers are made possible. SOLUTION: A recycling center 2 accepts the treated matter obtained by treating the food wastes by a food wastes treating machine from emission entrepreneurs 4 to 6, manufactures the organic fertilizer by subjecting the treated matter to a secondary treatment and supplies the organic fertilizer to commercial farms 7 to 9. The results of the diagnoses of the treated matter emitted from the emission entrepreneurs 4 to 6, the contents of the field crops of the commercial farms, the results of the soil diagnoses of farm lands and the storage information of the organic fertilizers stored in recycling facilities are managed by a management computer 1a of a support center 1 as a support center data base 1b. In the recycling center 2, the treated matter accepted from the emission entrepreneurs 4 to 6 is managed by each of the emission entrepreneurs and the optimum organic fertilizers are supplied to the commercial farms 7 to 9 in accordance with a support center data base 1b.</p> |
