PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burn-in tester system, by which calling-out of workers from a plurality of burn-in tester units can be supervised at one spot, in a centralized manner in a burn-in test. SOLUTION: In a storage portion 21 of a server 20, files representing the conditions of burn-in testers 30-32 connected to a network 60 are formed, making them correspond to the identification numbers of individual burn-in testers. In worker calling devices 10-12, a file representing the condition of each burn-in tester in the storage portion 21 of the server 20 is read, and a worker is called out by a display and a buzzer, when calling-out of the worker is necessary.
