PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air pressure alarm capable of being inexpensively manufactured, easily and simply knowing the condition of tire air pressure, and easily knowing reduction in the air pressure of a tire located in the back such as an inside tire of dual tires at a dark place, at night, etc. SOLUTION: The tire air pressure alarm is constituted of an outer frame body 20, a piston body 30, a pressing spring 40, and an electric circuit 50 with a structure for supplying electricity for a light emitting diode 10. The light emitting diode 10 is mounted to the outer frame body 20, and the outer frame body 20 has an electric circuit chamber 21 for supplying electricity for the light emitting diode 10, a cylinder chamber 22, and a valve core pressing member 23 for introducing air pressure into the cylinder chamber 22.
