摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene monofilament superior to stainless fibers and polyarylate fibers as a material for high-performance mesh woven fabrics. SOLUTION: This polyethylene fiber for mesh woven or knitted fabrics has >=11 cN/dTex tensile strength and >=180 cN/dTex tensile modulus and <=1.3 ratio of long diameter of fiber cross section to short diameter thereof, and an oil solution component for assisting separation of single yarn is attached to the fiber.
