PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the set of a manhole frame above a manhole structure buried in ground that the work of selecting a support block to be set between the both most suitable to a construction site from various kinds of support blocks differed in inclination degree or thickness is required, and this work is extremely troublesome. SOLUTION: A cushioning material 10 corresponding to the support block is mounted on the reverse side of a manhole frame 1 from the beginning. In construction, level adjustment is performed by wet method using mortar. Since the work of selecting the most suitable one from various kinds of support blocks is not included, the manhole frame 1 can be easily and quickly set.
