PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink penetration type name seal constituted so as to be correctly and simply attached by a user and suitable for a surface-of-seal order receiving type distribution form. SOLUTION: The name seal is constituted of a case unit 1, upper and lower caps 3 and 4 and a printing unit 2. The case unit 1 is constituted as one unit part from a double cylindrical main case 5 equipped with an inner cylinder 8, the slide cylinder 6 incorporated in the main case 5 and a floating spring 7. The slide cylinder 6 is locked with and mounted on the bayonet wall 13 provided to the lower end of the inner cylinder 8. The printing unit 2 is formed as a unit part from a unit main body 16, a rubber printing body 17, an ink occlusion body 18 or the like. The unit main body 16 is inserted in the inner cylinder 8 from below to be mounted therein and the name seal can be completed only by mounting the cap 3.
