Sealing strips or rails (5,8), between the casement or leaf frame and the blind frame, are positioned on all sides of the frame between the frame-arm and are separately inserted and removed by an adjustment (28,29) on the plane of the door or window, thereby forming an air-gap between the frame-arms. Each adjustment of each sealing strip or rail is connected by a driving rod (16) to all the other adjustments. The driving rods are driven by one drive mechanism with at least three positions. Each adjustment has a connecting link (30,31) into which fits a pin (37).
