SOLUTION: When combustion is generated in the first gas generation chamber 130, combustion gas flowing out from the first communication hole 136 flows along the direction toward an inner wall in an inflator housing 102, and is prevented from flowing along the direction toward the second gas generation chamber 140. The second gas generation chamber 140 is prevented thereby from generating the malfunction by heat energy of the combustion gas.
