The linear prediction coefficient is sent to a multiplication means, thus multiplying a 0-th order linear prediction coefficient by a first-order or thereafter linear prediction coefficient. The multiplication value and the time change are transmitted to a display means, and the multiplied value is displayed diagonally along measurement time for failure diagnosing.
