PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free rotating device allowing the easy installation of a wind power generating device, an anemometer or various other devices needing free rotation, in the optional position of a columnar structure. SOLUTION: Bisected divided fixed members 13A, 13B are fitted to the required position of the outer periphery of a column 7, and both divided fixed members 13A, 13B are fastened by a bolt 15 to provide a fixed part 8. Bisected divided rotating members 1(A), 1(B) are then fitted to the outside of the fixed part 8, and both divided rotating members 1(A), 1(B) are fastened by a clamping bolt 17 to provide the fixed part 8 with a rotatable rotating part 9, thus mounting the free rotating device. In the case of a wind power generating device 10, a generator 3, a windmill 4 and a wind direction blade 5 required for wind power generation are mounted on the upper side of the rotating part 9 of the free rotating device 1 through a placing base 2 to constitute the wind power generating device 10. |
