摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of anchoring axial reinforcements for underwater confined construction whereby an underwater existing structure is reinforced. SOLUTION: The method of anchoring axial reinforcements for the underwater confined construction includes a process for drilling anchoring holes for the axial reinforcements in the desired portions of the existing structure on condition that only concrete is drilled by injecting a jet of an abrasive slurry containing water and abrasive, without cutting the reinforcements, and a process for inserting the axial reinforcements into the anchoring holes and fixing the reinforcements in place using an anchoring material. Prior to the process of drilling the existing structure, drill test data including the condition are obtained by injecting a jet of the abrasive slurry, and the condition is determined based on the drill test data.
