PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously realize the thickness reduction for the purpose of a weight reduction and the assurance of the strength of glass panes and to prevent the rupture of an intermediate film even if an air bag is developed in the state of containing a crack. SOLUTION: The ratio of the thickness of the second glass pane (1b) to the thickness of the first glass pane (1a) of the sandwich glass formed by successively laminating the first glass pane (1a), the intermediate film 1c) and the second glass pane (1b) and bonding together these panes and the film is 0.6 to 0.9 and the thickness (t) is <=4 mm.
