摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a solid molding induction heating coil that a space for cooling an induction heating coil is required although incomplete insulation, oil leakage, electric shock accident due to leak caused by dew formation can be prevented, a high frequency inverter can be protected and an intricate shape can be heated by placing an induction heating coil in a mold and solid molding high insulation monolithic refractory, ceramic or resin. SOLUTION: In the solid molding induction heating coil 9, an induction heating coil 5 is placed in a mold matching with the shape of an article being heated and high insulation monolithic refractory, ceramic or resin is injected to produce a solid molding 6, the article being heated is induction heated by means of a high frequency inverter 3, and a cooling space 8 is provided in the solid molding induction heating coil 9 in order to shut off radiation heat or conduction heat from the article being heated. Since pure cooling water is not supplied, facility can be simplified. Even if molten 1 spills, it is discharged from a discharge opening 7 and does not touch the induction heating coil 5 directly. The solid molding 6 of the solid molding induction heating coil 9 can induction heat an intricate article easily because monolithic refractory, ceramic or resin is injected into a mold.
