PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative water heater which is easily finely adjusted by a user, and which is capable of supplying hot water with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In the quantitative water heater where hot water contained in a container 2 is discharged with a hot water supply pump 5 by a specified hot water supply amount, there are provided hot water supply operation means 13 operated by a user upon supplying hot water, amount-of-supply hot water detection means 6 for detecting the present amount of hot water supply during the supply of hot water, and control means 12. With the aid of the control means 12, once the present amount of supply hot water detected by the present amount-of-supply hot water detection means 6 approaches the specified supply hot water amount, revolutions of the hot water supply pump 5 are reduced. Further, once the operation of the hot water supply operation means 13 is interrupted by a user, driving of the hot water supply pump 5 is interrupted.
